Many times over the past 10 years of living with Endometriosis, I just wanted to feel like I could take a deep breath. I felt that there was a burden that wasn't only physical and I longed to feel free and peaceful.

As Endo Warriors, there is so much that we don't have control over in our lives-such as if our next Endo Flare will be almost to much to bear or whether surgery will work for us or even for how long we may find relief.

Something that has helped me grapple with the uncertainty of a life of enduring much pain has been practicing restorative care practices.

What are restorative care practices? Restorative care practices (like the meditations/visualizations and journaling found in this retreat) are soul-nourishing activities that create the environment to foster a sense of peace and maybe even freedom within.

I realized how much these restorative care practices allowed me to nurture myself when I needed it most and express myself in ways previously not available.

And thus, I created a nourishing retreat where Endo Warriors can practice self-expression through self-refection that I wish I had during my most painful days of suffering with Endo pain (both physically and emotionally!).

I can't wait to show you what helped me live life with renewed peace and freedom with Endo!

What This Retreat Is:

  • An opportunity to:

    • Engage in the grounding care practices of meditation and journaling

    • Partake in creative activities to nurture and express yourself

    • Receive uplifting guidance

    • Reflect upon meaningful questions to better take care of yourself and connect to your body, mind & spirit

What This Retreat Is Not:

  • A program for:

    • Curing/healing/eradicating your Endo (with food, herbs or the like)

    • Stopping your Endo from growing back

    • Improving your fertility and symptoms

    • Comparing and contrasting treatment plans

This retreat is centered around the less-addressed areas of wellbeing-the emotional, spiritual, relational, and practical aspects of living with Endo.
